• As the project SME on RACQ’s Risk Transformation Program, I was responsible for:
• Designing and developing a ‘tone from the top’ strategy and communication plan for risk behaviours, actions, and messaging for executives.
• Developing a set of risk culture behavioural expectations and enhancing existing frameworks to re-establish expectations.
• Redesigning a board-approved risk culture framework that supports the Board in forming a view of risk culture and undertaking risk culture action planning to address identified gaps.
• Designing and implementing a new remuneration, recognition, and consequence management framework in line with CPS 511 and industry best practices.
