While most children enjoy playing games, the fast-pace and engaging nature of Futsal is the foundation of development:- All players are involved in the whole game with the ball - passing, receiving, moving off the ball.- Lots of touches and shots with exciting offense, transitions & defense.- The game encourages and rewards attacking and defending all over the court, especially in gaining & losing possession of the ball.- Maximizes active participation and minimizes inactivity & boredom.- Provides a well organized playing environment with improvised fields.- Reflects the philosophy of player development expressed in state & national coaching schools.- Eliminates complicated rules such as off-sides that may hinder youngsters from "playing".- Reflects the appropriate roll of the coach as a Facilitator- Allows the game to be the teacher!
