• Creating a leadership talent assessment process to support planning/development efforts.
• Launching the Press Ganey Employee Engagement Survey achieving high levels of participation four years in a row; 15 -20% higher than the average in Press Ganey's extensive data base of client organizations..
• Partnering with senior leadership to create strategies to enhance the Patient Experience; provide service excellence training and coach project improvement work group leaders.
• Collaborating with organizational leaders to enhance and refresh the New Employee Orientation and on-boarding process.

• Led a team charged with planning and managing the development and implementation of initiatives to support key business objectives related to employee engagement and talent development. Key accomplishments include:
• Driving employee engagement by leading survey and response efforts. She collaborated with the senior leadership team and work unit leaders to create and implement impactful action plans which resulted in yearly.
• Building a customized Management Development Program. This included identifying key competencies, designing and developing curriculum and ensuring transfer of knowledge to the job by incorporating a learning action.
• Launching the medical center’s first Employee Resource Groups to support diversity, inclusion, and engagement efforts. Six groups were successfully launched within a six month period and Cheryl provided on-going.
• Collaborating with a cross functional team of leaders to create new performance appraisal parameters to better differentiate and assess performance and developing and managing the training roll out to 400 leaders.

• Serving as Chairperson of the Sovereign Bank Learning Council providing consistency and resources to decentralized learning and development professionals across the enterprise.
• Partnering with a leading vendor to create a leadership success profile used to identify high potential leaders which served as a foundation for talent review, 360 assessment, succession planning, and individual.
• Developing a suite of programs for leaders providing baseline knowledge and skills to influence their ability to lead.
• Introducing and facilitating workshops focused on creating greater accountability and ownership for key results by utilizing an structured approach for problem resolution.
