The Fast Forward Program is a partnership between Western Sydney University and Western Sydney Schools which helps students to see the value of continuing their education through to year 12 and beyond. It began in 2004 and has continued to grow, offering the opportunity for enhanced academic and personal achievement to a large number of Western Sydney students.Aims of the program:- To increase Western Sydney school students' engagement in learning and the completion of year 12- To develop students' confidence, knowledge, skills and educational attainment- To enhance Western Sydney students' awareness of post school education opportunities- To promote the benefits of lifelong learning and life opportunities to students and their families- To improve the participation of Western Sydney students in higher education.

YourTutor (now Studiosity) provides online, on-demand academic support services to students across the Australasian region, in partnership with libraries, schools, universities, and all levels of Government. A key focus of the company is the delivery of equitable access to education to all students, regardless of their personal, economic, or social situation. This role leads the core operational business unit, covering:- the academic integrity and educational outcomes delivered by the company's educational services; - recruitment, training, assessment, and professional development of academic staff across four countries (500 head+);- oversight of operational analytics and budgeting, staffing logic and scheduling;- the quality of educational engagements between tutors and students;- identification and development or new products or current product expansion;- complex data analytics and modelling;- high level management and leadership.Over ten years, this saw development from a small local startup to global operation with multiple product streams.
