The majority of time goes into coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project schedules for multi-infrastructure supply projects in the Greater Copenhagen Region. This involves many shareholders, from governmental agencies to private customers.Presently, I am working on a project to limit rainwater and sewage spills into Copenhagen harbor from the entire northern part of Greater Copenhagen by primarily withholding/delaying the water during heavy showers.

First two years as project manager for Technical Service Agreements, which includes projects running for several years dealing with maintenance and sales to power stations in the Caribbean. The projects consisted of coordinating workforce for maintenance/upgrades including obtaining the correct governmental permissions. Part of the agreements was also to give technical support and develop plant optimization. The last two years as warranty project manager for biomass power plants in the UK. My main responsibilities were two plants, which were respectively waste wood and straw fired. The job consisted mainly of two parts, one was contractual and legal issues with the end customer and the suppliers. The over part was technical investigations; finding solutions to major claims or doing root cause analysis.
