- Spearhead product initiatives within Max, a leading streaming service under Warner Bros Discovery, focusing on Consumer Algorithms, Personalization, and our Machine Learning Platform- Lead PM for the re-architecture of Max's recommendations system, Whole Page Optimization (WPO), resulting in statistically significant increases in novel plays (+2.09%), unique titles watched (+0.94%), median minutes watched (+0.77%), qualified video starts (+0.72%), and distinct streaming days (+0.47%) during US launch monitoring period- Drive additional testing and optimization efforts for WPO, achieving statistically significant improvements in distinct streaming days (+0.64%), median minutes watched (+0.74%), novel plays (+1.31%), unique titles watched (+1.16%), and qualified video starts (+0.97%) and a statistically significant decrease in auto-renew off (-3.42%, -7.10% decrease for Month 1 users) in most recent A/B test- Determine strategy for WPO roll-out as well as improvements to some of WPO's features such as our switch from row-level to entire page optimization, vertical rail ranking, and de-duplication- Oversee expansion of WPO to additional surfaces and regions; currently in preparation for a launch in 39 countries across Latin America- Developed and began execution on a comprehensive 3-year strategy and roadmap for the Machine Learning Platform while filing in for its Director, gaining approval from executive leadership
