This job role included raising quality concerns with the supplier base and liaising with the supplier to ensure effective short and long term corrective actions. During the last financial year I have reduced the amount of revenue tied up in reject supplied parts by 90%.

Wellingborough

Within this role I was responsible for machining Audi cylinder heads from cast aluminium to complete machined sub assemblies ready to be built into completed cylinder heads ready to be fitted to engines. After each operation was complete each part that had been machined had to be thoroughly checked to ensure a quality product was supplied to our customer.
