I have been practicing as an occupational therapist for 10 years. I began my career in 2001 when I graduated with an Associate Degree of Applied Science from Lourdes College in Sylvania, Ohio and became an occupational therapy assistant. I decided to further my career and attended the University of Findlay where I received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Occupational Therapy. In 2011 I obtained the Certified Aging in Place (CAPS) designation through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). I founded CGA Home Therapies, LLC in addition to CGA Home Modifications, LLC.I am a private practitioner who holds both Ohio and Michigan license. I provide occupational therapy services for individual's that have Medicare, Medicaid, or BWC insurance coverage along with other private insurance. I am a lifetime design consultant who provides consultation and case management services. I have developed strong relationships with a network of business professionals who are also dedicated in helping individual’s reach their own personal goals. Throughout my career I have always had a passion for creating inclusive living environments and promoting occupational therapy within my community.
