I have a passion for the educational advancement and equality for all primary and secondary students, with a specific focus on students that come from a low-income minority background that struggle to receive a fair and valuable education. As a Hispanic male from a low-income family in the Central Valley in California, I have first hand experience about overcoming a difficult path to receiving a quality education. I feel like I can relate to students that come from less fortunate backgrounds which will allow me to provide aid to these students and help manage their path to higher education. I am seeking opportunities in the field of education and wish to be a catalyst for the progression of educational justice.As a young, bold, and ambitious student, I believe that I can be a great leader in the field of Educational Administration and Educational Management. My academic and extracurricular activities at UCLA have prepared me to adequately manage a variety of different organizations, events, and meetings.
