• Analyze sales prices of all inventory received but not yet finalized with an Account of Sale• Research prices and credits in conjunction with inspections and supporting documentation to determine validity of credits • Send weekly pricing reports to all suppliers quantifying how much of their inventory is on hand, how much is available to sell, and summarizing actual and projected sales prices• Review all transmission files from suppliers to ensure data is complete and accurate - create pivot tables with pertinent information for data entry purposes• Create season end reports for every supplier which detail volume received for the previous three years; perform spelling and grammar checks on text written by other category managers; send reports to suppliers for their review

• Maintain our internal inventory system via the AS400 timely and accurately to ensure all category managers and sales representatives have correct and detailed information • Organize all vessel and flight information by arrival date and shipper • Track containers on various shipping lines and adjust their positions as needed• Perform responsibilities of East Coast Transportation Manager as needed - assign third party truck carriers to deliver produce to customers
