Our company was created in 2017 in order to solve multiple societal problems by making our mission to make people more flexible and happier, reduce commute-related carbon emissions and finally save every employer 40% on office costs.Upflex is based in NYC while the team spans 16 countries, we are developing the operating system for hybrid work. Our platform connects 200+ employers, tens of thousands of employees and dozens of partner apps (Workplace, HR, Productivity) to 11,000 flexible workspaces in 135 countries and 1,600 cities around the world.As Covid fast tracked hybrid work, the Upflex platform has taken an important role in creating the adequate workplace for people around the world, while creating the necessary ecosystem to push our industry forward and towards a more efficient and sustainable modus operandi.I have been an entrepreneur for 25+ years and had the chance to start and develop a number of companies internationally between the US, Europe and Asia which allowed me to develop skills spanning various aspects of a tech company build-up: A-teams hiring, solutions design, business modeling, fundraising, revenue management, P&L maximization and growth.
