Current• Drive 100% student enrollment at campus through student recruitment efforts.• Drive average daily student attendance with a goal of 97.00%.• Ensure students and teachers have a building that is clean, safe, and ready.• Manage student drop off, pick up, traffic flow logistics, and event planning.• Manage the logistics of student recess and lunch schedules.• Manages the campus operations team, overseeing a variety of departments that include: receptionist, SIS coordinator, registrar, nurse, and facility manager, among others.• Fostering a strong customer service focused team.• Lead process improvement projects as needed that impact operational processes.• Oversee campus facilities and maintain building compliance.• Ensure campus safety by leading the Crisis Management team, planning and executing school safety drills, and coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency personnel.
