- Serves as a first point of contact to assist assigned district staff with questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms (troubleshooting, set up, inventory management, placing orders, etc.)- Answers, phone calls, emails, ticket requests, and processes, all level one and two tickets in a professional and courteous manner- Hardware Installation and Configuration: upgrades and replaces essential computer components including RAM, hard drives, power supplies, LCD screens, and graphics cards to enhance system performance- IT Infrastructure Upgrade: successfully led the modernization of a computer lab by coordinating the procurement and installation of new desktop PCs, peripherals (mice, keyboards, monitors), and software, imaging for an enhanced user experience and improved reliability- Diagnosis and resolves computing related issues, while staying current with technological trends related to the district environment
