• Implemented Global Supply Chain Group to strategically manage critical suppliers (forecast, capacity, quotes, and ramp schedules) in the consumer electronics industry, resulting in the successful launch of multiple consumer products meeting customer schedules. • Published monthly cadence communication on supplier development status as part of monthly S&OP review. By focusing on KPI that impacted supplier strategy development and supplier negotiations, I was able to eliminate a -700K impact on the Operational Management Plan due to supplier pricing.• Developed a new MRP process for forecast material usage and monthly ordering plans, resulting in a reduction in excess inventory by 50% of key raw materials and prevented stock out situation.• Managed 20+ key suppliers including polyimide resin and copper alloy vendors by analyzing supplier pricing and capacity impact on OMP and readiness for production ramp. This work enabled supplier material to be ready for production on time for past four years for NPI programs.• Increased supplier base by developing and qualifying 7 new suppliers for new product introductions. Through close collaboration with Engineering and Supplier Quality teams, I ensured selection of suppliers, resulting in enhanced supply chain resilience, reduced risk, and meeting customer demands. • Reviewed monthly product planning with development engineering team to document BOM and product qualifications changes. Through this work I identified supply chain issues, support cost analysis and resolved supplier issues to achieve 3-4 NPI launches per year. • Resolved supply bottle necks by applying program management techniques to identify expediting opportunities to resolve supply issue. This work prevented missed production starts.• Developed Manufacturing agreements with critical raw material suppliers, to guarantee capacity to meet new product production ramp and lock in volume pricing.

- Managed engineering team of 10 to 15 members spread across the US and Thailand responsible for developing component suppliers and specification of purchased components.- Qualified critical new components including Pizo Electric Motors, Flex circuits and Stainless-Steel components to meet customer road maps and new product launch. - Worked directly with HDD OEM’s and suppliers to document future flex circuit technology requirements and to develop technical solutions to those requirements.- Lead project to develop in house electrical circuit modeling using CST Studio Suite. The successful implementation of CST enabled Magnecomp to complete circuit design optimization to approve designs.- Developed in house S-parameter measurement capability for flex circuits and sourced new 4 port network analyzer to meet new customer testing requirements.- Managed key flexure suppliers Nitto Denko and Dia Nippon Printing on developing new flexure circuit capability to meet customer roadmaps. Introduced 12/12 trace space features and improved etch features.
