- Work with clients to bring their event's vision to life.- Provide new and existing clients with quotes based on event needs.

- Design, execute, and manage unique engaging program curriculum, including retreats and travel- Create, develop, and maintain relationships with both teens and parents- Collaborate with local community youth professionals to coordinate recruitment efforts- Create and administer the interviewing and selection process for each program year- Supervise a staff of 3 and 20 program participants
