Accelerated Earthquake Multi-Hazards Mapping and Risk Assessment (ACER) Program - Earthquake-Induced Landslide (EIL) Component- Produced base maps and necessary output maps for processing and visualization using GIS software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper).- Generated raster and vector data, digitized features, and managed various types of spatial data.- Conducted landslide assessments, geotechnical methods (Shear Vane, Schmidt Hammer), and geophysical surveys (3CMT, ReMi) in Northern Leyte (Region VIII) from May to June 2023, August 2023, and November 2023.- Processed data from geophysical surveys using Pickwin and Geopsy software, and ReMiDisper and RemiVspect for generation of period and shear-wave velocity maps intended for soil depth approximation.- Utilized interpolation methods (Kriging, Areal Interpolation, and IDW) for feature data using ArcGIS.- Created and modified geoprocessing models (Model Builder) in ArcGIS.- Conducted remote sensing landslide mapping and inventory in Google Earth.- Generated EIL hazard map outputs (using Improved Newmark’s Displacement and Pf Prediction) based on field-verified and theoretical data.- Prepared standard operating procedures for the implementing methods.- Prepared technical reports and presentations from field and model assessments.
