Worked directly with Owner/Lead Systems Engineer of this Managed Service Provider to deliver services, such as network, application, infrastructure and security, via ongoing and regular support and active administration on customers' premises, in their MSP's data center (hosting), or in a third-party data center (cloud).

Supported multiple lines of business and eventually pivoted from a technical services/customer support role to the internal employee help desk, focusing on C-Level Executive support and assisted IT departments with coordinating and executing plans when critical services were in question. In addition, frequently assisted network engineering with their trouble ticket queue and solved complex network issues within internal domains via RCA/PoC methods. Handled Active Directory User & Group permission requests and support was also provided via the Net Admin's ticket queue.

Provided AT&T U-Verse Technical Phone Support (Tier 1) pre & post product launch. Heavy focus on the included/supported 2Wire hardware needed for the U-Verse fiber internet connection. Was promoted in < 9 months to Team Lead and had oversight of 2nd shift Tier 1 team when supervisor OoO/Unavailable.
