A $20B “Tier 1” leading automotive supplier of seating and electrical systems renowned for operational excellence.In this role, I participated in the audit planning and risk rating processes to manage and ensure timely execution of internal IT audits while preparing all audit workpapers, discussing audit findings with the auditee, and drafting audit reports. I assessed and monitored IT functions to assure alignment with defined standards or procedures. Additionally, I evaluated and tested the operational processes and effectiveness of information technology general controls for various applications and environments, such as Kronos Workforce, PeopleSoft HCM, AS400, and Windows and Linux servers. I liaised with the personnel to ensure consistency and mutual understanding of issues, progress, and challenges. Identified areas of concern and recommended changes to mitigate potential risks or issues. ➥ Generated insights and knowledge for strategic decisions by planning and conducting comprehensive data analysis using ACL.➥ Planned, traveled, and visited plants to conduct extensive audits and ensure compliance with relevant measures.

In this role, I developed and implemented plans to centralize and convert 30+ plants to Kronos WorkForce Central from a variety of platforms, such as Ceridian and TimeKeeper Central. I liaised and collaborated with internal and external clients to divest International Automotive Components (IAC) population (US, Canada, and Mexico) from the Lear Kronos system while ensuring zero data loss and minimal system downtime. Supported other locations around the globe, interpreted each plant’s HR rules, and deployed the new software accordingly.➥ Spearheaded, supported, and coached team members to drive the upgrade from Kronos Workforce 5.0 to 6.2 effectively. ➥ Significantly reduced operational costs and improved productivity by providing training to plant supervisory personnel and HR/Payroll on the utilization of Kronos Timekeeping.
