Carl G Larsson graduated from Chalmers University of Technology with a Master of engineering physics in 1978 and took a PhD in Physics at Chalmers in 1983. Since then he has been working with research and product development in universities and in several different companies. CG has been involved in the development of a wide range of advanced technological systems such as radar and antenna systems, satellite communications equipment, mobile phone systems, and computerised retail systems.With more than 10 years’ experience of product development within Ericsson, CG has knowledge in both HW and SW development as well as simulation. Furthermore he has been part of the development of Ericsson project management model, PROPS and is a very experienced trainer in the PROPS model and its applications.CGs training experience ranges from university courses in physics to hands on training for project members in large development projects. He has developed training courses in project management, project planning and project monitoring and control for open courses as well as for customer specific training.CG has supported several companies and organisations in the establishment of their own model for project management and developed training courses (for project managers and members) for their staff. He is well known for his pedagogical skills and has a vast international experience. He has been giving courses on site in several different countries, as well as in Sweden. He has got a broad international experience after working in the Nordic Countries, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and South East Asia.As a CEO for Your Academy his international and training experience will contridbute to the development and implementation of the Your Academys Learning Management System.
