• Recruiting Manager responsible for overseeing the sourcing and recruiting of candidates to fill all job orders under assigned clients/portfolio• Oversee Recruiters working under my account portfolio • Sr. Technical Recruiter outside of admin duties continuing to support Enterprise Technology roles • Responsibilities as Delivery Manager include:- Point of contact for all communication with assigned clients, stakeholders and parent company Adecco- Led large scale RPO Staffing Projects, planning strategy, creating processes, and closely interfacing with client and internal executives - Receive and assign all new job orders to recruiters- Review and approve/reject candidate submissions being sent to client - Lead intake meetings with Hiring Managers- Create jobs in internal ATS - Ensure job order coverage within 48-hours of release - ATS Expert - Trained recruiters on how to use ATS for assigned clients (Fieldglass, WAND, SmartTrack)- Establish and maintain ongoing relationship with assigned clients and all associated stakeholders. - Create, maintain, and present recruiting metrics to Senior Management - Partner with sales team to acquire exclusive job orders, and plan account strategy.- Lead portfolio meetings aligning recruiting/sales team on weekly priorities.
