•Project Portfolio – Responsible for portfolio that averaged $60 million across multiple business lines. Significant projects included software implementation, merger & acquisition, core system upgrade, and significant network infrastructure re-engineering.•Project Portfolio Governance - Ensure overall project portfolio health was monitored using KPI's that are reported to the executive management committee as well as the board of directors.•Relationship Building- Maintain relationship across the enterprise lines of business to ensure consistent application of project management discipline for the delivery of all business requirements.•Tool Expertise- Implemented and maintain the project and portfolio management tool CA Clarity for consolidated reporting and execution of project methodology across the enterprise. •Merger & Acquisition- Play critical role in the oversight and governance of project management as it is applied to merger & acquisition as well as other key strategic initiatives for the bank.•Talent Management - Led group of eight project managers, a project coordinator, a portfolio manager, and a QA team. •Project Management Office - Created an IT Project Management Office to service the IT community at the bank with a portfolio budgeted at 27 million dollars.•Project Governance - Ensure the application of a consistent methodology to ensure compliance with internal audit standards as well as FFIEC guidance.•IT Leadership- As a direct report to the CTO ensured across technology towers for successful project completion as well as liaising between IT and other business lines.•IT Strategy - Played a critical role in the IT strategy and the engagement of IT in strategic initiative planning against a five year roadmap. •Service Management - Initiated and deployed an ITIL based service management program for the initial deployment of change and incident management in the IT department at the bank.•Team Development- Led group of six project managers, four business analysts, branch system support manager, and the change management coordinator.
