Based in the UK, I work on a diverse range of projects in the UK and US which focus on: - Building quality improvement capacity within NHS Foundation Trusts in the UK - Establishing and equipping an improvement collaborative to improve outcomes for Babies, Children and Young People in London. - Partnering with the National Institute for Child Health Quality (NICHQ) in Boston to expand and build closer links between Perinatal Quality Collaboratives across all 50 states to improve the quality of care offered to mothers and babies in the USA.Previously managed the Scottish Government's policy and strategic programmes for race equality and anti-racism, including the management of and delivery of diverse, complex objectives with a range of stakeholders across the country. Experienced in working closely with national and subnational governments as well as elected officials in order to deliver radical and systemic change.Managed the world's only government-run Climate Justice Fund 2018-20 funding development projects in Sub-Saharan Africa, and leading on Scottish Climate Justice policy. Has worked closely with the International Development sector in Scotland in public, private and third sector organizations, including work alongside (then) DfID in Malawi. Contract and grant management experience along with experience working with a range of stakeholders in Malawi, Rwanda and Zambia.Social Anthropology research in North-Central Namibia studying subsistence and livelihood among !Xun and |Akhwe Hai||om hunter-gatherers, focusing on hunting, gathered food, reliance on food aid, sharing, alcohol production and agriculture.

This data will be used to establish a working simulation model of early forager mobility, with the final goal of modelling the "Out of Africa" migration and establishing the characteristics of the human path to Europe.
