As a member of Equitas Technologies, where we empower large scale Digital Transformation I'm the Platform Leader for Workforce Development associated with Digital Transformation and commercializing new technologies. Truly exciting stuff, working with an amazing team.During my 32-year international corporate career, I held executive responsibilities with Volvo Cars, Alstom, and Lafarge. In those roles, I loved being part of other people's success and now I get to focus on that every day!I have coached hundreds of leaders and their teams at some of the worlds biggest brands, privately held companies and not-for-profits. I help leaders make important decisions about their goals, how to manage important relationships, and where to focus their energy. My coaching unlocks leadership skills that build excellent teams to deliver during times of increased responsibilities, new challenges, and life-changing circumstances. As a Partner with Predictive Advisors, we combine our deep Executive development experience with behavioral science, analytics, and change management skills to provide team coaching, leader development programs. The breadth of our experience and current client base provides us with a unique perspective and deep insights into the executive psyche, how great teams are built and led, and how organizations successfully manage change initiatives.
