Responsible for procurement of all inventory, raw materials and hardware, utilizing just-in-time process. I collaborated with project managers to set project timelines and managed production schedule of raw material builds to meet those timelines. I was also responsible for inventory management, vendor negotiation, and logistics coordination to all US and international customers

Coaching and developing leadership skills of the field supervisors and office manager. I spent a great deal of my time in project management as well. As a seasonal business it was my responsibility to ensure that each department was prepared and ready before the season began. My other responsibilities included managing production to ensure goals were achieved and budget analysis.

Recruited volunteers and built relationships with them as they volunteers in the preschool classrooms on Sunday mornings. I was responsible for recruiting and maintaining a rotation of 80+ volunteers each year. We had a fantastic design team that created the curriculum but it was my responsibility to ensure that the volunteers were prepared to teach the curriculum and had the supplies necessary to lead the classrooms.
