Drove stagnant growth by restructuring the marketing, digital team and agency roster to match capabilities with the new marketing world, so as to focus heavily on digital, data and content- or 'Money Ball Marketing'. Delivered this through strategically reworking the marketing approach by diversifying product offering and traffic sources, maximising earned media, building-out owned media channels and negotiating contra deals with partners.-Built a team of 16 (4 direct reports) with accountability for Marketing, Acquisition, Digital Marketing, Brand -Marketing, Digital Innovation, Social Media, and Content (Design and Video). -Responsible for all marketing campaigns including FOX Sports new brand platform: FOX Sporting Nation. -Drove stagnant customer acquisition by implementing new performance media model, data partnerships and reshaping creative to a new segmentation model. -Accountable for marketing and contra budget. -Drove social media to be the best brand in the space. Achieved this by: -Increasing social footprint from 15K (2012) to 4.5M (2017). -Diversifying footprint (3 accounts increased to 48). -Increasing content (12 per week to 3K) by creating a social business model where 50 subject matter experts in the business are trained on social and post freely within agreed frameworks.-Delivered ‘FOX Vision’ a global first for AR and VR with live data for a sporting event (Bathurst).
