Things worked out really well from what I worked on for 20+ years so I took a 3 year break to figure out whats next. During this 3 years I "coached" a few local companies, by using the book "Built to Sell" by John Warrillow, to help improve their business through weekly meetings to improve processes, sales, and contracts that showed "up and to the right" trending for revenue. Even assisted one to get acquired, that was fun.I was able to figure something out. I'm revamping https://sofetch.io, my old company website, that is directed at consulting with businesses under $1m/gross to help get them THERE. If the engagement ends early for whatever reason before getting these businesses to $1m/yr, the business operators will have learned something about the mindset it takes to get themselves there.I'm working on that for Q3 2024 and to complete it by start of Q4 2024.

By leveraging 20+ years of software development experience and management of teams in prior experiences, we were able to build a 100% remote-workforce that worked at a very high-level of output to deliver what we said we would for customer projects when we said we would.

I love photography. I want to curate all the photos of the world on Twitter using hashtags to be able to find them quickly and easily. While doing so, we learned that News organizations really liked this concept and quickly pivoted towards offering exclusive rights to media companies of the opportunity to spot news while it was happening faster than their competitors.

Consulted on many different projects while using a newer programming framework called Ruby on Rails. Worked on a range of projects in different business genre's. Was selected to spearhead the internal SaaS development group to start building revenue generating web properties to create additional, and more consistent, revenue streams for the consulting business.Gave numerous presentations and talks.

Lead a team of developers for an R&D .NET project. Probably the best job that made me realize how bad I dislike working in this type of organization where things move slow as molasses.
