Christianna is the Founder and CFO at Luminosity Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit IPP focused on advancing scalable renewable energy adoption while benefiting low-income communities.She is the Founder and Managing Partner at Pikes Peak Capital, manager of multiple micro-funds with over $100M in transactions focused on providing homeownership opportunities to the 'missing middle'. PPC's mission-aligned funds fill a financing gap left by banks for working-class families and provide 'naturally occurring affordable housing' to first-time homebuyers. The firm preserved affordability for over 700 homes and generated over 200 mortgages for LIDAC borrowers.As a serial entrepreneur, Chris also founded Thousand Keys LLC, a property management company focused on managing homeownership opportunities for low-income families, and Fintegrity Accounting, an accounting firm specializing in the complexities of real estate, fund administration, and renewable energy accounting.Chris was previously one of the founding members of SunShare, a community solar company, and grew the company to over 50 staff. As the head of finance, Chris introduced the concept of "Community Solar" to NYC and SF financiers and sourced over $500M of financing for projects.
