My principal role within the organization is to bridge the gap between the customer and the manufacturer to ensure the best product is being specified and delivered as expected. In my case the product is control valves and our customers are primarily power and heavy industry. Our company philosophy is to fully understand the customer's application and needs and be able to articulate that to the manufacturer and support both sides for successful product implementation. My other responsibilities support the principal role and include developing and maintaining a stocking program. training service personnel for field support, training shop personnel for valve assembly and automation, supporting the sales force with technical assistance, and developing and presenting training classes for customers.
