Born out of frustration, I founded TM Media Concepts with the mission to bridge a digital gap for small businesses through affordable, human-centered, media services. As technology evolves, navigation and integration can be overwhelming and daunting; my customer first approach allows me to look at the bigger picture and provide continuous support through various growing stages.Media services include web design, development and management, SEO implementation and maintenance, graphic design, analytics and reports, and digital forms. Each service includes consulting or training to improve customer awareness and ROI.

With a small team and sometimes even smaller budget, together we revamped, architected, managed, and maintained the bank’s internal data infrastructure to support efficiency initiatives while improving data integrity.It was my responsibility to lead junior analysts by wearing multiple hats, solve problems through creative and resourceful means, and most importantly, make things work.- Decreased network downtime by 66% through streamlining updates, implementing a debugging process and developing SOPs with technical vendors.- Improved relationships with non-technical departments and key stakeholders by communicating in simplified terms.- Eliminated a software purchase of $20K plus training downtime, and reduced employee man-hours from 1 week to 1 day by developing and implementing a PPP loan program that integrated several databases to automatically identify, calculate and report key customer details for processing and auditing.- Researched and provided the best, most efficient solution for complex, bank wide projects.- Reduced bank errors by developing and implementing automated processes and oversight reports for all departments.- Reduced manual processing by 30% and streamlined internal communication with development of SharePoint forms and workflows.- Developed and implemented a bank wide, employee onboarding system and process to collect and administer employee data with historical reports, automated notifications and updates, security, and inter-departmental workflows. Key report for auditors.- Improved document search and storage through reorganization and meta data administration in SharePoint and proprietary ECM software.

I initially started out as a Systems Analyst and eventually led the help desk team as a Network Analyst II after successfully managing help desk calls and decreasing ticket escalations.I prioritized customer service and placed a bigger emphasis on the importance of integrating technology into the financial sector. Whether I was traveling to set up a new branch, working with vendors, updating company software, or implementing new technology or processes, my goals were to represent my department at its best, support the bank’s initiative, and help employees continue to operate successfully with the least interruption possible.- Achieved Circle of Elite, top 3% in the company for customer service and help desk performance.

I performed all standard teller duties and served as a back-up new accounts representative. Although my primary work involved servicing customers, balancing the vault and certifying monthly audits, where my skills shined was helping my teammates work smarter and not harder. By placing an emphasis on improving work flow, procedures and documents, customers reaped the benefits of higher transaction accuracy and lower customer wait time.

What started out as a high school internship, I quickly learned the ropes to become a lead teller and ATM supervisor in a short period of time. I enjoyed getting to know all of my customers and learning all the ins and outs to front-end banking.
