My practice focuses on counseling employers in various industries on compliance with federal and state labor and employment law. When disputes arise, I litigate in federal and state courts, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. I have experience in all phases of litigation, from case inception through discovery and trial. I have tried one state court jury trial on a legal malpractice claim and three federal court jury trials on claims arising under Title VII as second chair counsel. I also handle charges brought against employers in federal and state agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office (ACRD). I graduated from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where I was Editor in Chief of the Law Journal for Social Justice and Director of Business Affairs of the Women Law Students' Association. I was proud to receive the Dean's Award for my leadership efforts. I have been recognized by SuperLawyers, Best Lawyers, and PHOENIX Magazine for my professional excellence in employment defense litigation. Outside the office, I enjoy reading, TTRPG, trivia, movies, theatre, hiking, kayaking, and wildlife photography.
