- Coordinate auditions, rehearsals, technical rehearsals, and performances for Plaza Lighting Ceremony, a yearly citywide celebration with approximately 100,000 members of the city in the audience. - Act as main hub of communications for artistic team, television partners, guest performers, and production cast.- Produce event in conjunction with Producer, Director, Sponsors, Performers, and more. - Act as Manager on the day of event for all arrivals, backstage operations, and rehearsals on stage. - Call hour long live broadcast of Plaza Lighting Ceremony, utilizing last-minute decision-making skills to adjust performance on stage to fit within live television broadcast.

-Deliver scripted and guided programs for family and adult entertainment offerings onboard to audiences ranging from 5 to 1500.- Develop personal ‘brand’ in all events, creating a memorable experience for guests each cruise. - Continually deliver top performance for guests and colleagues. - Assist Port Adventure team with daily dispatch operation. - Utilize skills in movement, voice, hosting, and organization on a daily basis

- Oversee Fine Art and Performing Arts programs for Park & Recreation District. - Develop programming and operation for new “Arts & Heritage Center”, a multi-faceted center involving a performance black-box theater, rehearsal spaces, art studio, art exhibition gallery, event spaces, dance studio, and public workspace. - Daily management of program budget, forecast, and bottom line profits. - Work with public and political groups to adhere to the district values, as well as improve the lives of county residents. - Manage building team to deliver great programs, daily service, and memorable experiences for all patrons.
