Providing administrative support to Aviation Maintenance and Quality Control in support of the INL/A Drug Eradication Program in Colombia. Assisting with aircraft Daily Status Reports, record maintenance actions from logbooks into the database (aviation forms 2408-13-1, 2408-13-2, 2408-15, 2408-16, 2410 & 2408-18) keep the aircraft logbook forms I/A/W DA Pamphlet 738-751 and Maintenance Library up to date. Also, monitoring upcoming aircraft inspections and push them into the logbooks, help out with controlled exchange requests and waiver variances when needed.

Administrative assistance to Aviation Maintenance and Quality Control Office, doing aircraft Daily Status Reports, keep the Maintenance library up to date with new publications, log into the database to update the daily maintenance for each aircraft, keep the aircraft logbooks with the appropriate forms and records, process controlled exchange requests, monitoring the incoming aircraft inspections to request parts and to push them into the logbooks.
