Responsible for providing organizational communications support to IDS executives, including the vice presidents of Finance, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management and Communications. Also, provided media and community relations support to create market awareness in communities where Raytheon conducted business.

Led the communications department, which was responsible for designing and deploying communications strategies and programs in support of employee communications, workforce diversity, supplier diversity, business values, and ethics and compliance. Reported to the vice president of Ethics, Diversity and Compliance. Supported the company’s position as a multinational firm, providing global energy services.

Responsible for managing global communications for the Carrier Corporation subsidiary. Managed three direct reports, and a budget in excess of $1.0 million. Coordinated with a staff of 30. Supported UTC’s mission of providing a broad range of high-technology products and services to the aerospace and building systems industries.
