I am a proactive, motivated and experienced Operations Analyst with an emphasis in emergency services. I have eighteen years of 911 emergency telecommunication experience with Hill Air Force Base Fire and 911 Emergency Services, Weber Area Dispatch and Salt Lake City 911 Dispatch and Emergency Service Centers. I am a Certified 911 Telecommunications Training Officer. I've been in the medical and First Responders realms, both work and volunteer, for over 28 years. In those years, I have developed some exceptional skills and experience.
