-Responsible for Operational support of PAN India Franchisee outlets of 850+ and managing under the Teams of departments Commercial/ Franchisee Relationship Executives/ Admin/ Regional Teams North, East, South/ HR Operations & Recruitment Teams.- Closely working with Day-to-Day Franchisee Operations and make the smooth way the businesses as well as keep on touch with internal teams Commercial/ Regional Teams/ HR Recruitments teams- Store Pre-launch co ordination with product teams to deliver at stores.- Co ordination with HR Team to grade the salon staff and graded staff to deploy at franchisee salon.- Monitor and follow up with marketing team to arrange the pre launch salon interior branding and do the approval process.- Installation of Company authorized salon software installation at salon before the store launch.- Regular basis monitor on franchisee relationship managers guidance & suggestions on various franchisee issues/ customer complaints etc.,.- Co-ordination with PAN India Master Franchisees on franchisees issues & resolve the same within the stipulated time frame.- Closely working with Regional Operations Managers/ Executives to get it done the franchisee issues resolved.- Co-ordination with Technical team's of Hair/ Beauty/ Make up on planning and execute the insalon & online staff technical Trainings at PAN India level.- Closely working with Commercial Team and day to day monitor on Collections at PAN India level.- Make strategy & planning & execute timely on outstanding Collections.- Closely working with recruitment team and full fill the existing franchisees staff requirements.- Day to day operations monitor PAN India Academy franchisees like student admission/ payment collections/ monitor on marketing activities/ issue of student certificates on course completion.- Timely escalate the major issues with Management team to take quick decisions to resolve the issues.
