i. Define LTCC (passive RF component) marketing strategy with good execution to have LTCC products onto reference BOM design of Key WiFi & LTE chip vendors: Mediatek, Hisilicon, Spreadtrum, RDA, Realtek and etc.ii. Drive engineering team to adopt new material systems to complete product portfolios and improve the production standard to catch up market leading position. iii. Drive sales to get LTCC design wins with strategic handset and networking partners: LiteOn, Ampak, Coosea , Yude, Hisense, Transsion and etc.

i. Direct account sales to: Sercomm, Gemtek, Cybertan, Wistron, Inventec, USI, Compal with revenue growth and better customer satisfaction than before. ii. Drive indigenous business aggressively by supporting customers transforming from ODM/CM to whitebox business model especially for Wiwynn and Inventec Data center business.iii. Be the WiFi sales champion and initiate platform partnership strategy with embedded platform vendors (Novatek, Altek, Zoran, NXP and etc.) to expand business opportunities. (Win all WiFi DSC and E-Book Kobo ODM projects in Taiwan and sustain 100% share)iv. Lead IOT business strategy deployment by coordinating SiP module makers (USI, Ampak, Foxconn), cloud service vendor (Ayla networks) and disty partners for IOT ecosystem business design-win activities.
