Carry out machine installation, tool setup and calibration tasks with careful handling to ensure move-in operation being completed smoothly.2. Perform retrofit for implementing optional KIT or customized function to enhance machine’s performance per customer’s request.3. Execute training lessons to help user build up handling capability, including general system operation, machine configuration setup, basic troubleshooting, software programming and prevention maintenance.4. Provide on-site support to help customer resolve critical problem or issue which has occurred in mass production by offering corrective solution or workaround.5. Work with Process Engineer to improve process quality/stability by defect analysis and problem diagnostic approaches so as to fine tuning machine for preferable performance.6. Train Equipment Engineer to take up maintenance capability so that the machine can increase uptime for the best operation performance.7. Give support in pre-sales and promotion activities for sales team to develop business opportunity, including evaluation trial and live demo.8. Execute post-sales maintenance and repair services by regular cases.9.
