*Manage the client service experience as part of the global transaction banking team, delivering client service excellence as we build, launch, deliver and evolve a suite of new transaction banking products for our corporate clients.* Work with internal teams, strategic partners and clients to manage a range of queries related to payments, accounts, account management, payment repairs, customer funding flows.* Determine the action required based on established procedures to protect the bank’s assets and collaborate with the supervisor on handling more complex cases.* Run and review proactive risk reports, and conduct research using third-party data sources to validate monetary and non-monetary transactions.* Place appropriate holds on accounts deemed to have fraudulent activity. Track and document actions taken in a timely and accurate manner to provide a record of activity and meet audit and compliance requirements.* Make sound subjective decisions to recommend the closure of risky relationships, suggest restrictions on accounts, and return ACH transactions or cancel wires.

*Support and capture all pertinent information from customers regarding their Automated Clearing House transactions.* Conduct research and provide updates on status of new and existing statements.* Evaluate complex activities to ensure they are validated and authorized.* Analyze customer data to resolve issues without any discrepancies.* Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through thorough research of complex account activity, and take appropriate actions to address any issues.
