As a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with over 30 years of experience, I specialize in delivering large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure programs. I have led billion-dollar capital improvement projects across the U.S., with extensive experience in Texas, including currently serving as Program and Construction Manager Advisor for one of the largest water infrastructure programs in the state — the $1.8 billion West Harris County Regional Water Authority's Surface Water Supply Project. My expertise includes a unique blend of program management roles to implement my ideas and construction management roles to test my ideas, all with an emphasis on creating a better future for water in Texas.
