As Operations Leader, my goal was to strengthen the PM/CM business in Northern California

After successfully completing the largest transportation project in the Owner's history, I relocated from the nation's capital to Silicon Valley. I led a 10-year, $1 billion capital improvement program to replace aging infrastructure.I also served as the Principal-in-charge for Richmond, Virginia's Department of Public Utilities (DPU) Capital Improvement Program. I was responsible for overseeing the sewer rehabilitation and a trunk sewer program. Specific projects included the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Program; the Sewer Rehabilitation Program; the Trunk Sewer Rehab Program; and projects for construction management services for stormwater utility projects.

While serving in various capacities, I was responsible for leading multiple projects and programs throughout the world. In Africa, I served as Deputy Business Unit Portfolio Manager for the largest coal liquefaction plant in the world. The scope of this assignment was to complete a number of critical water and ash projects totaling in excess of R5B for the synthetic fuel plant located just outside Johannesburg, South Africa. In the United States, I served as the Deputy Construction Manager for the award-winning $0.3 Billion Tres Rio Water Reclamation Upgrade Project in Tucson, AZ. The scope of the assignment was to close out the critical last phase of this project which expanded and upgraded the existing treatment capacity from 37.5 MGD to 50 MGD.I also was responsible for constructing Atlanta Beltline’s first signature project which successfully kicked off the Beltline’s $2.8 Billion twenty-year program. The Historic Fourth Ward Project was to construct a storm water management pond surrounded by a terraced park and wetlands suitable for absorbing 100-year event runoff on 5 acres with detention of 22-acre drainage area within the Clear Creek combined sewer basin upstream of North Avenue.

I was responsible for managing a number of engineering and design projects in Fulton County, GA. I also planned, organized, coordinated, and controlled projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements. Provided effective guidance, direction, and coaching.

I sold sewer inventory and asset management solutions within the Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee Regions. I increased sales revenue within the first year of service and conducted extensive field research to determine optimal profiles for sewer assessment services. I also built strong, sustainable relationships with a broad range of clients and provided formal presentations to management, prospective clients, external agencies, and associations to promote asset management services.
