* Ensure sufficient hybrid-cloud infrastructure capacity through unprecedentedly long and unreliable hardware lead times (up to 44 weeks) without significant customer impact or outages while improving infrastructure operating margins by 1%* Cultivate 100-person multi-national team of full stack software and distributed systems engineers, data scientists, product managers, UI/UX specialists, capacity planners, and cloud FinOps analysts through accountability, self-sufficiency support, and progress monitoring* Launch team vision, hand off 2 misaligned applications, and revamp continual value testing product management process to align with leadership on team value, secure 25 additional headcount, and solidify position as strategic infrastructure team* Revamp leadership team of 5 by recruiting outside talent, restructuring team around 5 unique customer personas and creating continuous feedback loops with customers to build strong sense of empathy * Implement software development practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and test-driven development (TDD), to increase monthly average users (MAU) 5X and decrease customer issues as percent of MAU 50%* Engineer infrastructure to support mission-critical processes, enable successful customer migrations, and decrease ratio of planned to unplanned work in each sprint 25% to industry standard levels* Create data visualizations on customer infrastructure and demand outlook to bring 12+ senior leaders insight on challenges and opportunities and secure consensus and buy-in for hybrid cloud infrastructure strategy by understanding unique perspectivesEnsure capacity across multiple time horizons and continue year-over-year (YoY) improvements in operating margins
