As a senior solutions engineer I now take a more active role in projects that develop the SE team. I am also involved in hiring interviews for new members of the team. The team leadership responsibilities come in addition to my past responsibilities of interfacing with the sales team to be the technical expert in sales. Some of the day to day tasks around this are: - Building out technical integrations- Quoting out and mapping out product placement- Working with the customer to meet any technical objections or requirements- Assisting in trail and early deployment setups- Record and administer training to the customer- Work with my sales teams to ensure deals are moving towards a close- Ultimately my responsibility is to secure the technical win

Working with the Technical transformation and growth team in the security section of customer experience, we implement new technologies with customers. We can then take their feedback and grow new features of the technology as we see the need for them. The main project I am working on is Tetration. Tetration is a multipurpose security tool that offers deep visibility across your networks, information on digital forensics, and micro segmentation across your networks.

Help the team work efficiently by exploring innovative solutions in IT through the use of tools such as Azure, MS Flow, Excel, and scripting. Work with the Master Database Management team thought planning phases for a number of projects. Work with Security and Infrastructure team to ensure operations run smoothly and securely.
