-Managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails, with knowledge, efficiency, and ability to problem solve in real time.-Identifying and addressing customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction.-Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of our portfolio of products to customers.-Building rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences nurture lasting relationships.-Management of company distribution, including route coordination, route efficiencies, managing drivers, and up to date knowledge of DOT regulations.-Ensuring that all product shipping meets required standards and arrives to customers successfully. -Maintaining daily recordings, and log and document issues and resolutions in an electronic database.-Generating and fostering sales leads when opportunities arise.-Recommending improvements to processes for improved company efficiency across all departments.-Coordinating and successfully executing trade-show planning and management - from pre-planning, prospective customer engagement, and following up with prospective customers post-show.
