Over the course of the last decade, The Omnia Group has been a boutique consulting firm. Specializing in finding innovative solutions to community problems through participatory design. By leveraging design thinking, we have been able to create, unique solutions for a variety of initiatives.

Co-direct non-profit organization that serves over 120 high school students through various programs.Conduct groundbreaking research on the current state of Providence Schools. Train 60 high school age students per week in critical thinking, debate, and public speaking skills.Develop a youth policy curriculum that is being used in public schools throughout Rhode Island.Created ground breaking game to teach young people how to be in healthy relationshipsOffer professional development and training to 5 sites throughout the state of Rhode Island.

Develop curriculum and train officers in a wrap-around service model focusing on referrals and job placement as alternatives to incarcerationCoordinate and lead trainings for police officers on youth relations within the city. Work one on one with gang members to prevent violence within the districtTestify at city council meetings on zoning and ordinance issues on behalf of the Police Department. Attend weekly command staff meetings and report out on my progress with at-risk youth
