DFT EMPOWER, a wholly owned subsidiary of DFT, established specifically to support financial inclusion by providing financial institutions with the biometrically-verified identity of a customer or prospective customer. By using only a mobile phone's camera, fingerprints can be acquired and sent to a country's national database for verification. This allows for institutions to meet their country's "Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations without the individual being required to go in-person to a branch or office.

I merged C Squared in with the general financial advisory practice of my partner George Yeager, to form LifePlan. While at LifePlan I obtained my Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, and my insurance license.We provided a host of services from general consulting to HR guidance, and insurance and financial advisory services.

Following my exit from JTL, I started C Squared to leverage my existing business strategy knowledge in combination with my HR knowledge gained at JTL to provide other businesses sound advice to grow and manage their own personnel.

JTL was the first major business I helped found, alongside my good friend and mentor James. It was a fantastic experience that taught me a great deal about the staffing industry in particular and generally managing people.As the CFO, I had the opportunity to manage large payrolls and cash flow needs, as well as develop growth strategy for the business.
