20+ years in the Risk Management field. I work directly with school districts and municipalities to help establish safety programs and meet goals pertaining to compliance and safety. Some of my key attributes include public speaking, data analysis, assisting with OSHA compliance, comprehensive problem solving and root cause identification. I lead instruction with dynamic and interactive employee safety trainings on most of the frequent loss drivers, including all things related to ergonomics.I love working in the area of safety and risk management for many reasons. I have a sincere interest in helping employees return home from work safely and maintaining a safe environment for students at their schools. My success is defined by the well-being of others.
