Sr. IT Manager of Enterprise Application Services for SAP and PeopleSoft. My team's area of responsibility is to provide development and support services to the global implementation of SAP (Finance, Sales, Procurement, Logistics) and PeopleSoft (HR Admin, Payroll, ESS, MSS, Compensation)

In this role, I reported to the Vice President of External Manufacturing at TI and was responsible for the support and deployment of the custom SAP solution that handles PO, WIP, ASN and Payment processing for the 80 different Foundry and Subcontractor facilities.Also have responsibility to support Test Systems deployed at 3rd party CP-Sort facilities along with other Test related applications that support our manufacturing operations at various subcontractors.Required to have well established relationships with top Foundry and Subcontracting suppliers in Semiconductor industry.

Responsible for support/development of automation & reporting for both Fab and probe processes. Responsibilities also include advocacy/conduit role with enterprise teams. In my role, I reported to the Factory Manager along with the other branches (Equipment, Process, CP-Sort, Facilites, Finance)Enterprise applications included Manufacturing Execution System, Real-time tool Interdiction software, Advance Process Control Software, ASI Real-time Dispatching tool and CP-Sort Tester Controller and Parametric Data Collection system.

Responsible for support and development of enterprise manufacturing systems. The Manufacturing Execution System is a mainframe based application that runs at every TI factory (Fabs and Assembly Test). Transactions for MES are well over 10 Million per day.Other enterprise applications include:Tool Interdiction and Monitoring application used for real-time fault detection in Semiconductor Equipment.Advance Process Control Application used to keep Fab process within specification using control parameters that are updated in an automated fashion.300mm Factory Operations Application was a fully automated workflow system that dispatched material from stockers to tools and back.

Responsible for the production support of i2 Supply Chain Planner, Demand Planner and Factory Planner systems. In addtion, we had several mainframe based applications where master data for routings, capacity, cycle time and yield is stored. Responsible for stabilizing custom SAP Logistics application after initial go-live in 1999.
