Developed new building practices for our new 350,000 square foot facility. Built vendor relationships with companies such as the Billingsley company, Jones Lang LaSalle inc, Gensler, and Structure Tone southwest. Hands-on working relationship with Sodexo and Aramark for our cafe and food services.• Responsibilities include building maintenance, project management, and daily operations for our 300,000-square foot corporate campus. Responsible for maintaining a $5 million maintenance and operating budget including necessary construction and space planning projects. Supervise all remodeling and renovation projects and work with department leads to facilitate office restructuring, cubicle changes, and associate moves.• Serve as the project lead for all sustainability efforts and implemented programs that reduce waste, increase energy efficiency, and recycling. Responsible for developing SOP’s for space management, security, and building maintenance. Increased performance and our service level through performance metrics.

Responsible for coordinating all move requests and associate seat assignments in the facility. Managed our ticketing system and direct workflows to appropriate facility staff. Managed vendors to address facility-related issues surrounding building management, maintenance services, construction, meeting logistics, or furniture.• Worked closely with Corporate Security to ensure the functionality of security processes. Worked closely with internal departments to facilitate business continuity planning.
