Scope includes strategic planning, operations, architectural design, and customer satisfaction achieved through process management, project execution, vendor management and financial oversight in an environment where system availability is critical to patient health and safety.21 direct reports, support 70 hospital and clinic locations, 110 partner network connections, 20,000+ users including affiliates, 1500 plus servers, 100 software applications, 3 data centers, 15,000 workstations, 40,000 network devices, 2,100 wireless access points, 1,500 wireless IP phones, 2,000 plus wireless medical devices..• Manage 5 million dollar budget. Reduced operating costs while increasing service delivery by system convergence, service delivery consolidation and vendor management. • Increased employee engagement and job satisfaction by providing team vision, quality leadership and department structure.• Improved team effectiveness by managing them to a proactive state verses reactive. • Strategic architecture design of new voice and data infrastructure resulting in the convergence of multiple network environments formally dedicated to various medical systems.• Successful deployment of disaster recovery infrastructure for high system and service availability.
