In understanding the needs of both entities as well as program requirements, I work to prioritize and position program projects that can be absorbed within the market and that work well to compliment and augment the mission of the Service.

Worked as a government embedded contractor under a one-year contract to develop a market-worthy pipeline of projects for the Air Force. Working alongside AF leadership, I leveraged Air Force assets in collaborative efforts with private sector development and financier expertise to foster investment and growth in the Air Force EUL and Public-Public Partnership programs. Created win-win projects that were worthy of market investment within the program in order that unfunded Installation needs were met, facilities were enhanced, and the warfighter and mission were benefited. Main goals and focus were on development of renewable and alternative energy as well as economically feasible faciltiy development on Air Force Installations. Development alternatives were derived in cohesion with the market and alignment of private financing initiatives.

Re-structured and delivered $200M contract executed with the National Security Agency for Logistics, Maintenance and Construction at Fort Meade, MD.
