Responsible for internal and subcontract schedule execution, cost account management, risk management, strategic procurement and technical direction.

Led an Avionics Controls, Tracking and Telemetry system component redevelopment project, resulting in a 30% savings in hardware cost. Responsible for project execution, cost account management, risk management and technical direction. Project accomplishments include improving component designs, development of a new PMP requirement baseline utilizing AEC-qualified piece parts and streamlining supplier contractual requirements. Primary point of contact for interaction with the US Government customers.

S-band Telemetry System Certified Responsible Engineer, responsible for launch vehicle flight hardware production, test, flight operation and post-flight assessments. Lead Engineer for the Atlas V and Delta IV telemetry system design refresh and Eastern/Western Range system integration. Atlas V Launch Support Tiger Team member, responsible for monitoring and performing vehicle readiness activities, vehicle test, anomaly resolution and launch. Performed RF link, RF compatibility, and GPS coverage analyses to support spacecraft mission integration
